• The Tuition is paid by the Semester or Annually. Tuition and BISA fees must be paid prior to the students first day of attendance in the Semester to enable students attend classes.

• Payment is only accepted by DOLLAR BANK DRAFT drawn on a U.S. BANK and made payable to THE TREASURER OF THE UNITED STATES.

• Refunds are based on full quarter grading periods.  Refunds will not be made for any quarter that a student has attended school.  If a student attends only one day in a quarter, tuition is due for the full quarter.

• Refunds to sponsors will be approved and forwarded by the DoDDS-E Regional Office, Wiesbaden, Germany.

• Late enrollment fees will be reduced according to the DoDDS late enrollment fee schedule.
